Founder & Chief Executive Officer
John Holcombe brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience to his collaborations with organizations to refine product strategy, expedite innovation, and develop high-impact operating models. Over the course of his career, John has led cross-functional teams that have generated over $250 million in annual revenue, achieving results through data-driven decision-making, customer-focused product development, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to founding JH Leadership & Strategy, Inc., John held senior leadership positions at W.L. Gore & Associates, where he fostered growth in healthcare, advanced materials, and defense markets. He is a co-inventor on several global patents and has established scalable innovation pipelines within complex, highly regulated environments.
